Return and right of cancellation

If the item does not fit or you wish to return your Su Misura products due to other reasons, you can return the products at the latest 14 days after receipt to:

Just remember to enclose a copy of the invoice as well as a note about what you would like us to do:

  • Exchange the product for another size or exchange for other products (please write your size)
  • Refund the money - remember to state bank branch code and account number.

We process returned products on the same day as we receive them.

The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. You may unpack the product and try it on, as long as you can return it in the same condition. If you receive several shirts at the same time, we kindly ask you to just unpack one and try it on and if it does not fit, then return them all. The right of cancellation lapses if you use the product in such a way that significantly reduces the sales value of the product.

The right to return does not apply to profile apparel where this has been agreed and instructions have been given to embroider a logo.

If the products are requested to be exchanged as a result of packing errors or other error on our part, we will naturally refund the postage (the cheapest possible package post solution).

Complaints

We only wish to have happy and satisfied customers and therefore we encourage you to contact us if there are any problems with the products you have purchased.

In accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, as a consumer you have a 24 month claim period, which means that with errors or omissions you can either have the product repaired or exchanged, the money refunded or obtain a discount in the price all depending on the actual situation. Of course, this is on the condition that the claim is entitled and that the omissions and errors are not due to erroneous use of the product or other damaging conduct.

You must submit a claim within a reasonable time after you have ascertained the omission. If you claim within 2 months, the claim is always considered as in time. We refund reasonable freight costs which you may have in connection with the returning of the product when the claim is entitled.

When you return the product, please enclose a copy of the invoice you received earlier.

The right of cancellation is not offered on profile apparel where for example, an agreement and instructions regarding a logo have been made.

Orders

After you have sent your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us within a short time period. In addition to an overview of the ordered products, the order confirmation also contains a freight section.

If your order requires delivery to another EU country, the regulations regarding the free movement of products apply, so you pay Danish VAT but no customs duties.

Orders received before 2 p.m. on a given weekday will be packed and sent on the same day.

All prices stated on the website include VAT as well as all Danish duties, customs, etc.

Your package will be sent with an accompanying tracking number (Track&Trace), so you will be able to follow the package at any time.

Currently, we do not send packages to non-EU countries.

Delivery

You can choose to have your package delivered either to your workplace or to your private address. If you choose the latter, you must be aware that if you are not at home to receive the package, it will be delivered to your local post office for collection. The package will remain there for 7 days after which it will be returned to us. The delivery time within Denmark is normally from day to day and to other EU countries between two to four days.

Invoicing

After we have delivered your package to the post office, you are invoiced and if you pay with a credit card the amount is withdrawn from your account or via PBS.

Payment

When using a credit card, payment takes place immediately upon invoicing.

We accept the following credit cards:

  • Dankort
  • Visa
  • JCB
  • Mastercard
  • Maestro
  • Visa electron
  • American Express

If you pay with a credit card, you are simultaneously secured against misuse as you have the option of rejecting a payment when you receive your payment overview. You have no compulsory excess in case your card is misused in an Internet store when you use Secure Socket Layer (SSL).

The credit card data you send in connection with a purchase from Su Misura is encrypted and as such only PBS has limited access to the data. Neither Su Misura nor our web master has access to your data.

An invoice cannot be for more than the amount you have approved and which appears on the order confirmation.

Confidentiality

Su Misura does not sell personal information to third parties, including information you have given to us as a customer, newsletter recipient or other.

Su Misura must be a secure place for you to shop.

Registration and statistics

You can always register for our newsletter on www.sumisura.com. Your name and email address will be registered and you will receive our newsletters. If you wish to cancel the newsletter, you can do so on www.sumisura.com or you can send a written cancellation to info@sumisura.com. Only Su Misura will have access to this information.

When you enter your address information on Su Misura's website, the information will be saved for your next visit so you avoid having to enter the same information again when you shop from the same computer. This is a so-called "cookie" - a type of note that is placed in your computer so our website can recognise it the next time. This technique is used on almost all websites today and you can always delete cookies under "functions" and "Internet settings" in your Internet browser.

At Su Misura we use the registered, anonymous traffic to make so-called log statistics of our website. We use these statistics to register information about the number of visitors, where they come from and how they move around the website. This is so we can constantly make our offers and website even better. This information, which is anonymous, is only used internally to optimise the store and our marketing material.
