  1. What if the shirt does not fit or if I want to exchange it due to other reasons?

    • If the item does not fit or you wish to return your Su Misura products due to other reasons, you can return the products at the latest 14 days after receipt to:

      Remember to enclose a copy of the invoice as well as a note about what you would like us to do:
      1. 1. Exchange the same product for another size - or for another product (please write which size you require)
      2. 2. Refund the money - and in such case you must remember to state the branch code of your bank and your account number.

      We process returned products on the same day as we receive them.
  2. How quickly can you deliver the products?

    • Orders received weekdays before 2 p.m. are dispatched the same day. The delivery time within Denmark is normally from day to day and to other EU countries between two to four days.

      Deadline for orders to be delivered before Christmas in Denmark is 19. December

  3. How can I see the measurements of the shirts?

    • Under the description of the individual shirts there is a link to a 'technical sheet' where you can see the most relevant measurements. You can also view our measurement chart.
  4. The system is rejecting my ”Forbrugsforenings card”?

    • In respect of older “Forbrugsforenings cards” the expiry date has been registered the other way around, so try to state Year instead of Month and Month instead of Year. In case you require further explanation please don’t hesitate to let us know.
  5. Do you make shirts with extra sleeve lengths?

    • No, not yet. Our shirts generally have a good sleeve length, but of course there can be instances where extra length is required. As soon as our logistic resources allow, we will be able to offer extra sleeve lengths. You can keep informed via our website.
  6. What kind of fit do Su Misura shirts have?

    • Our shirts have an Italian fit, which means that they fit well without being a slim fit. If you are in doubt about which size you should use, we generally advise to order the largest of the sizes.
  7. What are the delivery costs?

    • Our freight prices are as mentioned below and they also apply even though we may deliver several shirts at the same time. So it actually becomes cheaper the more shirts you buy per order.

  8. Where do you deliver?

    • We deliver to all EU countries
  9. Are there any places I can go to and see the shirts?

    • Our shirts are not available through retail outlets. But we have sales people in the Greater Copenhagen area who would be more than pleased to make an appointment to show the shirts to you and your colleagues.
  10. How do I find shirts in my size?

    • If you are unsure about your shirt size, then take measurements in this way: Place a tape measure around your naked neck when you are standing up and are relaxed. The tape measure must be close but not tight. The number of centimetres you measure around your neck is your shirt size. Please also note that Su Misura manufactures shirts in single sizes in the most common sizes, and not like the majority of manufacturers in either Small, Medium and Large or double sizes like 37/38. This is one of the reasons why our shirts have a better fit.
  11. What are your largest sizes?

    • Some of our designs range from size 38 all the way up to size 47/48. Use our size selector which you will find in the upper left corner in the shirt gallery under the Classic Collection and Exclusive Collection, respectively. Only the shirts that are available in precisely your size will be shown.
  12. How much do the shirts shrink?

    • Cotton is an organic material and shrinkage cannot be avoided. As a rule of thumb, cotton of bad quality shrinks 5-8%, whilst cotton of such good quality like Su Misura cotton only shrinks 2-3%.
  13. Do you have any short-sleeved shirts?

    • Every spring we present a limited collection of short-sleeved shirts. You can keep informed via our newsletter.
  14. Is it safe to pay with a credit card?

    • The credit card data you send when you buy from Su Misura is encrypted. Neither Su Misura nor our web master has access to your data. Only PBS has access to a limited extent. You can read more about credit card security on our terms/payement page.
  15. What if I cannot find a specific shirt in my size?

    • If the shirt exists in our Classic Collection, we probably have your size in stock for a short period. You are welcome to pre-order the shirt for later delivery at info@sumisura.com. If you cannot find your size in our Exclusive Collection, this is because it is sold out.
  16. Do you make tailor-made shirts?

    • No, we don't. Our shirts are already based on measurements for tailored shirts and therefore already have the Italian silhouette, which makes our shirts feel tailor-made. In this way, you do not need to use time for measuring and there is no risk of not being able to exchange a shirt that does not fit.
  17. Do you also sell profile apparel?

    • Yes, of course. This takes place in close dialogue with our sales staff. Please contact us at either info@sumisura.com or on +45 7025 1022. We can also assist with logo embroidery if required. Call us to hear more and to receive a price offer.
  18. As a company, can we gain advantages at Su Misura?

    • Yes, absolutely. At Su Misura it must be easy to shop so our Company Agreement is also user-friendly, which means that as a company you can do it all with a minimum of effort.   19. How can I subscribe to your newsletter?

    • Go to our subscribe page to sign up. We send newsletters out about once or twice a month so you are not flooded with information. You can at any time cancel the newsletter by either going into the link to the newsletter or by sending an email to info@sumisura.dk. Information about your name and email address will be handled with the strictest confidentiality.
  20. How should I care for a Su Misura shirt?

      1. Wash it inside out at 30-40 degrees
      2. Select the lowest spin dry programme - preferably 400/600
      3. Hang the shirt on a hanger after washing and let it drip-dry
      4. Once dry, the ironing is easy
      Shirts manufactured in high quality cotton will not crease much if treated as mentioned.
  21. Do you make wrinkle-free shirts?

    • No, we do not make wrinkle-free shirts because this requires a chemical treatment, e.g. with formaldehyde. This treatment closes the natural cotton fibres and they slowly separate either via contact with the skin or by washing.
  22. I have purchased a shirt through your apparel consultant, how do I pay?

    • When you order after a presentation, you must pay upon receipt of the products via a bank transfer through an ordinary net bank. The invoice is enclosed with the products you have ordered. Remember that you must transfer the total amount and remember to state the invoice number on the transfer. Our payment identity in the Danske Bank is Branch code 1471 and account no. 4768 158266. These details also appear at the bottom of the invoice. Payment terms are net cash unless otherwise agreed.
  23. What happens when I have ordered products from Su Misura?

    • Your order is immediately registered once you have confirmed it and shortly afterwards you will receive an order confirmation by email. If we receive your order before 2 p.m. on a weekday, your products will be packed and sent on the same day. If you live in Denmark, you should receive the package in the course of 1-3 days and if you life in another EU country, you should receive the package after 2-4 days.
  24. What if I do not receive what I have ordered?

    • Through our quality processes, we try to eliminate all errors in our packing process but as always, when people are involved, errors can occur. We apologise for this and we always refund the return postage of erroneously packed products.
  25. The page crashes when I try to order products.

    • Unfortunately this can happen, e.g. because the browser crashes or because there are problems with the Internet or payment provider. If this happens, we encourage you to make a print-out of the message that appears when the page closes down and send the message to info@sumisura.com. This will help us to make our website even better. Of course, you can also include your order in your mail and we will then send the products COD at no extra charge.
  26. Can I buy a gift voucher for Su Misura?

    • Yes, we are happy to issue gift vouchers. So if you want to give a gift to someone who deserves a good Su Misura shirt, just send us an email. We will then issue a gift voucher to the person concerned. Payment occurs following agreement. A module that makes it possible to order gift vouchers directly on our website is being prepared and is expected to be ready at the beginning of 2008.
